InteliSense IT — Navigating Change, Delivering Value

Customer stories & evidence

See what we can actually substantiate.

ClaimEvidence

Published customer voices, verified context and clearly labelled evidence. Where proof does not exist, we leave the claim out rather than fill the gap with marketing language.

If we cannot substantiate the claim, we should not publish the claim.

Verified customer evidence

Every story here is published customer material.

This is the complete verified customer evidence library. Filters only appear where real evidence sits behind them.

Evidence type

  • Customer video

This view is derived from the central evidence model, not written by hand. If a category does not appear as an evidence filter, there is currently no centrally verified published customer evidence behind that category.

A description tells you what we offer. A customer tells you what happened.

That is why customer video carries more weight here than any description we could write.

Evidence types

Evidence types and what they prove.

Different evidence answers different questions. No single format proves everything.

  • Customer evidence

Published customer material. The customer describes the work in their own words.

  • Company evidence

An approved statement about InteliSense as a business, not about one customer.

  • Measured outcome

A verified number with a definition, a baseline where relevant, a period and a source.

  • Relationship evidence

Verified evidence about what happened across more than one engagement or over time.

  • Product evidence

A demonstration or evaluation of a capability. It does not establish customer deployment.

  • Proposition evidence

Evidence that a proposition has been developed. It does not establish customer deployment.

  • Logo evidence

Secondary relationship evidence only. It proves an approved relationship and nothing more.

Claim to evidence

What each claim requires before we publish it.

  • We worked with this organisation.

    • Approved logo usage, or published customer material
  • We delivered CRM.

    • Published source identifies CRM, or an equivalent verified platform context
  • This was a Recovery engagement.

    • Published or approved source explicitly supports the Recovery classification
  • This improved X by Y per cent.

    • Measured outcome
    • Definition
    • Baseline
    • Period
    • Source and context
  • This is a long-term relationship.

    • Verified relationship record, or an approved relationship story

Before evidence is added

  • Customer identified in the published source
  • Source asset located and publicly available
  • Platform stated in the source, not inferred
  • Industry stated in the source, not inferred from the company name
  • Engagement type stated in the source, not inferred from difficulty or speed
  • Claim wording taken from the source
  • Metric carries definition, baseline, period and context
  • Publication approval confirmed

Unknown values stay blank. Evidence is reviewed for source availability, accuracy, current permissions, working links and changed claims. Approval ownership and a formal review cycle are a business decision that has not yet been set.

Company evidence

One approved company-level statement.

This is evidence about the business, not about a single customer engagement. It sits separately from customer evidence for that reason.

80%

of our business comes from existing customers and referrals.

This combines business from existing customers and referrals. It does not tell us why every organisation chose InteliSense, how long each relationship lasted or whether every referral followed a delivery engagement. It does show why relationships and recommendation matter commercially to the business.

A verified measurement period, source and definition note have not been approved, so none are published here.

Evidence gaps

Where evidence is not yet published.

We do not currently label any published customer evidence as Recovery, RAPID, Support or Optimise because the source material registered on this site does not establish those engagement types. We would rather leave a category empty than infer a story the evidence does not prove.

No published customer evidence yet

  • Recovery
  • RAPID
  • Optimise
  • Support
  • Data & AI
  • Business Central
  • Public sector

Evidence gaps stay visible. We will continue adding customer evidence as specific platforms, routes, industries and outcomes are approved for publication. Until then, the absence of a category is intentional.

Use numbers when the numbers are real

No number is better than a bad number.

A measured outcome requires the customer, the metric, its definition, a baseline where relevant, the measured result, the period, the context, the source and publication approval. A marketing headline containing a number is not a measured outcome. No measured outcome is currently published.

Capability is not evidence

Capability describes what InteliSense provides. Evidence describes what the current verified public source establishes. A capability page is not customer proof unless verified customer evidence is linked to it.

Organisation logos

A logo proves a relationship and nothing more.

Approved organisation logos are secondary relationship evidence. A logo does not by itself establish platform, project scope, industry classification or measured outcome.

  • Elliotts logo
  • Engage logo

Product evidence

Demonstration proves capability, not customer success.

  • Level 1 Demonstration

    Predictive Intelligence

Models are shown through illustrative demonstrations on Microsoft data platforms. Capability is demonstrated, not deployed at a named customer.

What we offer, kept separate from what we can prove.

A capability page explains what we offer. It is not customer proof unless verified customer evidence is linked.

Evidence enquiry

Need to know whether our experience is relevant to your situation?

Tell us what you are trying to validate: platform, industry, delivery route or operating problem. We will distinguish what is publicly evidenced from what would still require qualification.
